Decorating Parties

We offer fun cupcake decorating parties for all ages! Learn about fondant, decorating equipment, colouring and decorating your own wonderful looking cupcakes, just like we do it here. The best part is we bring everything to you, all you need to provide for us is a table and chairs!

 

Decorating parties are a perfect activity for birthday parties, hen’s parties, kitchen teas, team building events, friend get togethers, or community groups – the sky is the limit!

 

What is a Cupcake Decorating Party?

A cupcake decorating party is a great gathering idea. Invite your friends and book us to come along and we’ll show you how to decorate cupcakes (pre baked by us) with coloured fondant, texture sheets, and our extensive range of decorating equipment and shape cutters. All you need to provide for us is a space for decorating, and we will bring all of the equipment plus cupcakes for the guests in their own easy take home boxes.
 
We’ve been hosting cupcake decorating parties since July 2010, and are Adelaide’s original cupcake decorating party providers! Since they began we have hosted dozens and dozens of decorating parties with many satisfied guests!
 

When can I book a party?

Parties are subject to our calendar availability but can be booked any day of the week. You should give as much notice as you possibly can when booking a party, as weekends are quite popular and tend to book out 6-8+ weeks in advance.
When booking the time of your party, please provide the time the decorating activity will begin, not the start time of the gathering. For example, if your party time starts at 2pm it is good to schedule the decorating section for 2:30pm, to allow for guests to arrive and be ready to start on time.
 

How do I make payment?

Payment is due seven days prior and can be made by bank transfer (NAB) or Credit Card (PayPal). You will be issued an invoice with payment details.
 

What are the guest requirements?

We take guests 5 years of age and above. We require a minimum of 8 guests per party booking and can handle groups of up to 50.
 

Where are the parties?

You host the party and we bring the cupcakes and equipment! All you need to provide is a table and chairs to decorate at.
