Tiered Cakes

We bake standard tiered round and square cakes for events such as weddings, engagements and birthdays. Tiered cakes start from $100. Complex decorations such as sugar flowers or figurine modelling will incur extra charges.

If you are after a sculpted or modelled novelty shaped cake, we have cake artists that we can highly recommend.
 

Cutting Cakes

Mostly we make 6″ round and square fondant covered cakes as cutting cakes for the top of cupcake towers.We are able to order certain cake toppers if there is something you are looking for for your tower, please let us know so we can find something for you. Complex decorations such as sugar flowers or figurine modelling will incur extra charges.

Giant Cupcakes

We also make giant cupcakes with chocolate cases with standard frosting swirl or rose swirls icing, starting from $60. All giant cupcakes come in an easy to transport secure box. See the Giant Cupcake page for more information.
 

Cake Flavours

Our cake flavours are different to our cupcake flavours as the crumb texture must be different to support the weight of a full size cake, icing and decorations.

  • Chocolate Mud Cake
    Medium density chocolate mud cake. Our most popular flavour!
  • White Chocolate Mud Cake
    A moist white mud cake with a hint of white chocolate.
  • Red Velvet Cake
    A red buttermilk based cake with a velvety texture.
  • Vanilla Cake
    Our very own tried and tested vanilla miracle cake.
  • Chocolate Cake
    A classic favourite for all events.
  • Coffee Cake
    Butter cake with a hint of coffee. Best paired with dark chocolate ganache.
  • Caramel Cake
    Delicious caramel cake! Works with either type of ganache.

 

Cutting Cake Fillings

All round and square cutting cakes are coated in a layer of dark or white ganache to give the best smooth and weather tolerant undercoat for a smooth fondant finish. Fresh fruit/cream fillings are not available as these fillings need to be refrigerated, which can ruin the fondant covering and decorations on your cake.

  • Dark Chocolate Ganache
    Made from rich dark chocolate and pure cream which works best with our chocolate mud, chocolate and coffee cake flavours.
  • White Chocolate Ganache
    Made from white chocolate and pure cream, not as rich as the dark chocolate ganache and works well with any cake flavour.
