We are only able to take 2-3 orders per week to ensure that each order receives the best care and quality work. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you know the date of your event well in advance we highly recommend you send an email through so you can at least reserve the date until details are finalised.
We bake fresh to order from our private accredited studio in Valley View, Adelaide.
Delivery is charged at $0.75 per km for all orders. Pickup is not available at this time.
Your invoice is emailed to you and will list details for credit card payment (through PayPal with Mastercard or VISA), and bank transfer details for direct deposit (NAB). Unless otherwise arranged, all order balances must be paid in full seven days prior to your order date.
Equipment Hire Terms and Conditions
When hiring a stand or equipment, it is delivered along with your order. Return of equipment to us at Valley View is the customers responsibility unless otherwise negotiated. Contact should be made with us by email regarding return arrangements as soon as possible.
If you do not make arrangements to return the stand within 5 days, you will be invoiced per day ($20) and then after 7 days, the cost to us to replace the stand which is $110. If there is any damage to the stand while out on hire, you will be charged at cost to replace damaged parts.
At this time, quantity discounts only apply to orders of cupcakes over 200.
During cooler months you can store your cupcakes for a recommended 2-3 day maximum. We do not recommend refrigerating cupcakes or cakes that contain a fondant covering or decorations. In Summer, you can refrigerate if absolutely necessary, but let cakes return to room temperature before serving. Cupcakes or cakes that contain coloured fondant decorations may run and soften when removed from the fridge.
Cake Pops chocolate coatings may crack when exposed to rapid temperature changes such as refrigeration or freezing which affects appearance only.
Refund Policy / Payment Terms
Cupcake Treats offers refunds in line with ACCC requirements for physical merchandise and will offer a full refund, credit, or exchange if the item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for a purpose we have specified it is suitable for. We offer no refunds for change of mind or for food products once orders are confirmed as we allocate ingredients, administrative tasks and labour prior to the delivery date.
